How far ahead should I order?
Please allow two weeks for custom gifting projects. Our team will confirm production timing and shipping dates based on your needs. We recommend reaching out early during the holiday season.
Can I add a gift note card?
Yes. We’ll print your message on our signature Brandini stationery and include it with your gifts. You can use the same message for everyone or personalize a note for each recipient.
How does the No-Melt Guarantee work?
If your gift arrives affected by heat, contact our gifting team and we’ll make it right.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your order and production window. The remaining balance is due at the time of shipment.
