Shipping policy
COOL SEASON
November - March
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, plus shipping transit time.
There is a $15 flat rate fee for all orders that do not meet the $100 minimum for free shipping. Free shipping minimum applies per individual address.
All cool season orders are processing using UPS Ground. Orders are shipped in the order they are received and due to seasonal surge we are not able to offer expedited shipping services.
WARM SEASON
April - October
Due to the temperature sensitive nature of our products we have tailored a shipping program specific to the hotter months of the year. During the warm season, all packages will be sent out with 2-day shipping. Shipments will only be sent out Monday through Wednesday. This is done to avoid any packages sitting over the weekend in unrefrigerated warehouses.
Orders must be placed before 12pm PST on Wednesday to be processed within the same week. All orders placed after 12pm PST on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.
All packages within California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah continue shipping via UPS Ground. Packages that contain chocolate and are shipping to states outside of California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air.
Summer Insulator Fee
Products that contain chocolate are required to be shipped inside an insulator and with an icepack. During checkout an automatic $30 Expedited Cold-Ship Fee will be added in addition to the standard shipping fee of $15.
All products that contain chocolate, such as our Almond Toffee, are required to be shipped via our Expedited Cold-Shipping. Items will be shipped inside an insulator with a 48-hour ice pack. An automatic $30 Cold-Ship Fee will be added to cart in addition to the $15 shipping fee.
For orders greater than $150, we offer free shipping which includes the Cold-Ship Insulator.
No-Melt Guarantee
We take pride in delivering premium handcrafted confections that arrive as delicious as when they left our kitchen. If your order arrives melted or compromised due to heat, we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Outside of Mainland U.S.
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped through UPS 2nd Day Air. These orders are subject to additional shipping charges and do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping. Please email our shipping department for shipping rates at Shipping@BrandiniToffee.com.
International
In an effort to control the quality of our products we do not currently ship internationally.

They say it’s not how we make mistakes, but how we correct them that defines us. If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know.
P.O. Boxes
We do not have the ability to ship to P.O. boxes via UPS. A physical address is required. If a P.O. Box is entered there may be a shipping delay while obtaining a new address.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed by our shipping department. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Address Correction
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. A fee will be charged for any address corrections made by our shipping carrier to ensure proper delivery. We do not issue refunds for packages that are refused by the recipient or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
