Our almond toffee is best served cold and refrigeration is recommended in order to maintain the soft crunch. Short durations of up to 1 week at room temperature is safe. At proper storage temperature Brandini Toffee has a 1 year shelf life, naturally!

Yes - we ship our toffee anywhere across the country and the globe. The quality of your Brandini toffee is incredibly important to us, and we make every effort to ensure that your toffee tastes as fresh and decadent as though you're eating it right in our store. To get you that level of freshness, we use special shipping procedures, tailored with different paramenters, depending on the destination zone and shipping method. Between April - October, we utilize a special cold-ship process to account for the extreme California desert heat.

Brandini ships through UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number to monitor your delivery.
At this time, all toffee products include fresh California almonds. Our Cashew Almond Toffee Popcorn includes both cashews and almonds. Nutless products include our Toffee Popcorn 6oz/12oz and toffee pretzels however these are made in a facility that process almonds and cashews. No other nuts are used in Brandini Toffee at this time.
Our products are in Costco locations in the greater Palm Springs area year-round. You also may find us seasonally in west coast Costco locations. Standard shipping times tend to be between 2-6 days and are dependant on your proximity to our facility in Rancho Mirage, California. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Need it sooner? Feel free to give us a call at (760) 200-1598 for expedited options.
Please note that during the hot summer months (April - October), to preserve product quality, shipments must not exceed 2 days in transit. Expedited 2-day shipping services are required for purchases during these months.
Our toffee recipe is Kosher (KSA) and naturally gluten free. Our process and equipment is kept under strict allergen control. Unfortunately, because our recipe calls for butter and sugar, our products do involve dairy and sugar. We do not carry a sugar-free product at this time.
Desiccant packs are non-toxic and included to absorb moisture. We do everything we can to maintain that factory-fresh crunch!
