Tours take place at our Rancho Mirage factory. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
What ages are tours appropriate for?
Our factory tours are great for all ages. Children under 5 are welcome free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Check in at the front counter with your confirmation email.
Can I book a private or group tour?
Yes! We welcome school groups, corporate outings, and private celebrations. Contact us to arrange a custom experience.
Do you offer tours year-round?
Our candymaking is active seasonally, September-April. We do our best to offer several tours per week during these months.
